What does Investable Wealth Management, Inc. do with your personal information?

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Applicable U.S. federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. U.S. federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

  • Assets and transaction history
  • Checking account information and wire transfer instructions

All financial companies need to share clients' personal information to run the everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their clients' personal information; the reasons Investable Wealth Management, Inc. ("Investable") chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to third parties other than as described below. Where Investable does share personal information with a trusted third party, it does so under strict terms that require the information to be used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, kept confidential and protected by appropriate security safeguards.

For everyday business purposes - such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus - Investable shares your personal information. You cannot limit this sharing.

Investable does not share your personal information for marketing purposes, joint marketing with other financial companies, affiliates' everyday business purposes, affiliates' marketing, or non-affiliates' marketing.

Who we are

Who is providing this notice? Investable Wealth Management, Inc.

What we do

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with U.S. federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Open an account or give us your contact information
  • Buy securities or interests in a fund from us
  • Tell us where to send money

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

U.S. federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for our affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness; sharing for our affiliates to use your information to market to you; and sharing for non-affiliates to use your information to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit information sharing.

In order to provide you with the services for which you have engaged Investable, the company relies on a number of third parties to provide support services, including professional, legal, accounting and technical support.

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account when you limit sharing for an account you hold jointly with someone else.

Definitions

Affiliates - Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.

Non-Affiliates - Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. Investable does not share information with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing - A formal agreement between non-affiliated companies that together market financial products or services to you. Investable does not have joint marketing partners.

Other information

This notice replaces all previous notices of our consumer privacy policy, and may be amended from time to time. Investable will inform you of updates or changes as required by law.
